Terms of Service

The service

ReplyRock is a text-message lead-response service for appointment-based businesses, operated as a service of Water Rock Capital, LLC. Contact: Josh Ferguson, support@replyrock.com, (770) 355-6243, 4062 Peachtree Rd A-621, Brookhaven, GA 30319.

The service described on this site texts a new inquiry back in under a minute and puts the conversation in your inbox so you can take over any thread. Booking reminders, no-show recovery, and win-back texts to old leads are available on request. They are not described here as included unless you and ReplyRock agree to them.

A text starting a conversation does not promise that the lead will book. The Saturday timeline on the home page is an example of the timing, not a guarantee about every inquiry.

SMS program terms

  • Program: ReplyRock text messages, including a sample lead-response sequence and follow-up about the service, and messages about a consultation you requested.
  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out.
  • Reply HELP for help, or contact support@replyrock.com or (770) 355-6243.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • We do not sell or share your mobile information with third parties for their own marketing.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. A lawyer should confirm any carrier-required wording before these terms are treated as final.

The website forms

Submitting the demo form means you have checked the SMS consent box on that form. Submitting the consultation form means you have checked the SMS and email consent box on that form. See the Privacy Policy draft for what those forms collect.

Customer login

The dashboard is invite-only and coming soon. The login page is a placeholder. It does not create an account and it does not accept a password. The sample dashboard is illustration only.

Left for counsel

Limitation of liability, warranties, governing law, dispute resolution, and acceptable-use rules are intentionally not written here. They should be added by a lawyer before anyone relies on this page as the terms of the service.
