These terms govern your use of the ReplyRock website and messaging program, operated by Water Rock Capital, LLC ("ReplyRock," "we," "us"). By using this site or opting in to our text messages, you agree to them.
When you submit a form on this site and check the consent box, you are opting in to receive text messages from ReplyRock at the mobile number you provided. These include a sample lead-response sequence and follow-up messages about our service.
Message frequency varies. You can expect approximately 2–6 messages per month, and more during an active conversation you have started.
Message and data rates may apply. ReplyRock does not charge for the messages themselves; any charges come from your mobile carrier under your own plan.
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages. To rejoin, submit the form again or reply START.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network and your device.
No mobile information is shared or sold to third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
You do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to buy anything from us or to use this website. If you would rather not receive texts, contact us by email instead.
You confirm that the mobile number you enter is yours, or that you have authority to consent on behalf of the person it belongs to. If your number changes or is reassigned, tell us promptly so we stop messaging it.
Do not use this site or the messaging program to send unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content, to interfere with the service, or to attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
We work to keep the site and messaging program available and accurate, but we provide them without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that any message will be delivered, or delivered on time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReplyRock is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of this site or the messaging program. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars, whichever is greater.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date. Continuing to use the site or the messaging program after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
