This policy explains what ReplyRock, a service of Water Rock Capital, LLC ("we," "us"), collects from you, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to this website and to the text messaging program described below.
When you fill out a form on this site, we collect the information you enter: your name, business name, mobile phone number, and email address. We also collect standard web log information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit.
If you exchange text messages with us, we retain the content of those messages and the times they were sent and received.
Mobile information is never shared or sold. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, and are excluded from all other categories of information sharing described in this policy.
We use service providers to operate the business — a messaging carrier to deliver texts, a website host, and an email provider. These vendors process information only on our instructions and only to the extent needed to deliver their service. As stated above, mobile opt-in data and consent are not included in any sharing.
We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
We do not sell your personal information.
You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or contact us directly using the details below.
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, email us at support@replyrock.com. We will respond within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable law.
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and recordkeeping obligations. Consent and opt-out records are retained as required by telecommunications rules even after you unsubscribe.
We use commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This service is intended for business owners and operators. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on this page and revise the date above.
