What you submit

The demo form asks for your name, business name, mobile number, email, a short note about what you hope the service solves, and an SMS consent checkbox.

The consultation form asks for first name, last name, business name, email, phone, business type, number of leads per month, how you heard about us, your biggest challenge, and an SMS and email consent checkbox.

The customer login screen is a placeholder. It does not send or store a password.

How it is used

Demo form details are used to send the sample lead-response sequence you asked for and to follow up about the service. Consultation details are used to respond to your registration and to contact you about a consultation.

We do not sell or share your mobile information with third parties for their own marketing.

Text messages

If you opt in, ReplyRock may text you at the mobile number you provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. For help, email support@replyrock.com or call (770) 355-6243.

Note for counsel

Before this draft is treated as final, a lawyer should review the processors actually used. The demo form posts to an automation webhook already present on the previous one-page site, so a demo submission leaves this website to trigger the sample text. The consultation form is built for Netlify Forms, so a consultation submission is stored by the site host when the site is deployed there. Those vendors should be named accurately in the final policy. This draft does not describe a complete set of privacy rights, retention periods, or state-specific notices.
